======  CoMETE Projects Weekly Schedule ======

===== Introduction =====

This project will have regular time slots on Mondays afternoons. These time slots are assumed to be times when students, their colleagues, and professor can meet. Project deliverables and demonstrations will be done on a regular schedule. You are responsible to sign-up for your demo slots here. Only 3 demos per week will be evaluated, and slots are provided on a first-come-first-served basis.

  * Project selection
    * Add your **name and project links** to the [[projectslist| Project List page]]
    * Write a **1 Page Project Description and Plan** and submit it via email by Friday November 20 th
    * **Register your IRC nick** if you haven't already. The #CoMETE channel will be restricted to registered users to avoid spam .

   * **Final Release due on Tuesday April 6th by 12:00 midnight**
   * April 13 th : Oral presentations of **all the projects**
